Govt Swallows Own Words On UTH Casualisation

Ministry of Health Spokesperson Dr Kennedy Malama has acknowledged the abolished casualisation at the Country’s highest health Referral Institution, the University Teaching Hospital-UTH.
Dr Malama who not so long ago denied the presence of casual workers at UTH now says they will only be employed after their performance is assessed.
Dr Malama now blames past UTH management for the current problems.
UTH Casual workers have for a long time been complaining about having been working without being confirmed.
