HH Decides Not To Go For Judicial Review In Alleged Treason Case

UPND President Hakainde Hichilema has asked the Lusaka Magistrate Court to bring his alleged treason case to tomorrow as he has decided not to go for judicial review.

On Friday last week Mr Hichilema’s treason case was adjourned to June 12 for him and his co-accused to seek judicial review in the High Court over the certificate of committal signed by Deputy Chief State Advocate.

But Mr Hichilema’s lawyer Mulambo Haimbe has filed a notice to abridge time by bringing the case to May 30, 2017.
