HH Wonders Why He Remains Incarcerated As Court Adjourns To Friday

UPND President Hakainde Hichilema has wondered why he is still in detention when the judgement by the Magistrate Court has clearly stated that there is no case of treason against him.
Mr Hichilema has told MUVI TV NEWS in an exclusive interview that the ruling by Principal Resident Magistrate Greenwell Malumani was categorical that there is no case of treason.
Meanwhile, Mr Hichilema says there is nothing to celebrate about on African Freedom as people’s freedoms have been taken away.
Mr. Hichilema said this shortly after his case was adjourned for the fourth time.
Principal Resident Magistrate David Simusamba was supposed to make a determination on whether or not Mr Hichilema should be tried on a charge of treason.
