Hichilema’s Treason Case Adjourned To Thursday Next Week

UPND President, Hakainde Hichilema, refused to board a police vehicle that was supposed to take him to Lusaka Central Correctional Facility.
Mr. Hichilema was ordered to board the vehicle after his case was adjourned but he refused to do so as the vehicle had dog feaces.
This prompted the police to change the vehicle.
Meanwhile Principle Resident Magistrate, David Simusamba has reserved ruling to Thursday next week, on whether to commit Mr. Hichilema to the High Court for trial or for constitutional determination of the treason charge.
