Hike In Electricity Tariffs To Hit Hard On The Vulnerable- Habazoka

Economist Lubinda Habazoka says the hike in electricity tariffs is unfair, especially that it excludes mining companies, which are the largest consumers of power.
Dr. Habazoka says the tariff adjustment will impact negatively on the vulnerable.
The Energy Regulation Board-ERB this week announced the 75 percent electricity tariff increment despite the majority people submitting against the move.
