Investigative Firm Applies To Prosecute 200 Policemen Who Raided HH’S Residence

A private investigative firm, Homerights Undercover has asked the National Prosecutions Authority– NPA for permission to prosecute 200 police officers who illegally raided the residence of UPND President Hakainde Hichilema.
According to letter addressed to the Director of Public Prosecutions, Homerights Undercover Director Bozy Simutanda, says police willfully and unlawfully entered the residence and caused malicious damage to property among the four counts they intend to prosecute.
The NPA has since confirmed receipt of the letter.
