The family of the late Zambia Air Force-ZAF Officer Mark Choongwa has finally spoken out on the delay to release the findings on the death of their relative by the Ministry of Defence and Home Affairs, respectively.
Family spokesperson Reverend Chilala Choongwa says the delay has brought anxiety and tension in the family.
Reverend Choongwa says the family desires to know what happened prior to Mark’s death, demanding that justice should prevail.
However, the four inmates police claimed to be behind the incident have not yet been taken to court.
