Police has apprehended the Kapena bus services driver who escaped after a road accident on the Great East road that claimed 17 lives.
Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo says the driver will soon be charged with 17 counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
Meanwhile the Road Transport and Safety Agency-RTSA says it will decide on the course of action to be taken against Kapena bus services by next week.
Of the 17 bodies 13 have been identified and postmortem has since been conducted.
