Police Unleash Dog On UPND Supporter, 8 Arrested

A UPND supporter has been bitten by a police dog at the Lusaka magistrate court complex.
Police unleashed the dog on Rashjid Masumba when he attempted enter the court premises to follow proceedings of incarcerated UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema.
In an attempt to get a medical report at Ridgeway Police Post, Masumba was then detained on allegations of misconduct.
And eight UPND supporters have been arrested for conduct likely to cause the breach of peace.
