Teenage Thieves On The Loose In Lusaka

Cases of theft have in the last few months increased in Lusaka with several households falling victim of house breaking and burglary.
One of the victims who opted to remain anonymous says a group of boys calling themselves fluffies are allegedly terrorizing households in Kalingalinga, Hellen Kaunda and Mtendere.
He has called on police to intensify patrols and bring to book the said group of boys.
Meanwhile Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo says Lusaka District has recorded over 400 cases of house breaking, burglary and theft in the first quarter of 2017.
