Zambia Ejects Germany From Soccer World Cup

Zambia was stretched in to extra time to dispatch stubborn Germany from the under 20 world cup.
The Junior Chipolopolo boys had to come from a goal down scored by Germany in the first half to lead by three goals to one in the second half.
Germany made one of the most dramatic comebacks at the tournament in the last five minutes scoring two goals to send the match in to extra time.
The Bestone Chambishi tutored lads sealed the passage in to the last eight via a goal by defender Shemmy Mayembe in the second half of extra time to win the match four/three.
Meanwhile President Edgar Chagwa Lungu hascommended the Under-20 National team for their victory over Germany.
The president says the Junior Chipolopolo has continued to show the nation an example of the power of unity and purpose.
He says the journey to ultimate glory seems assured going by the dedication the team has continued to display.
