Zambian Govt Urged To Respect People’s Views On ICC

Political Analyst Alex Ng’oma has advised cabinet to respect the views of the people over the ongoing consultations on whether Zambia should pull out or remain in part of the International Criminal Court-ICC.
The Preliminary report shows that over 90 percent of those who submitted are of the view that Zambia should remain a member of the ICC.
Dr Ng’oma says even if African leaders say the court is selective, there is need to remain part of the ICC as human rights violation has become rampant in Africa.
