Zuma Lectures African Presidents On Importance Of Democracy

African Presidents have been lectured on the importance of democracy.
South African President Jacob Zuma says in a democratic Country, people are free to say whatever is in their minds without being arrested unlike in a country with an angry President ordering police to arrest people with divergent views.
Answering questions from journalists at World Economic Forum Africa 2017, President Zuma boasted that he is happy that South Africans have matured in democracy.
