Child Rights Body Urges Govt To Restore Lusaka Street Committee

Media Network and Child Rights Development has called on government to re-institute the once vibrant Lusaka Street Committee to ensure the streets of Lusaka are free from Street kids.
Network Chairperson Felistus Chipako says increased number of street kids is a sad situation which should be urgently handled.
She says government must seriously consider building permanent homes especially for female street kids.
