Civil Servant Accuses Union Leaders Of Being Corrupt

A civil servant has accused union leaders of being corrupt hence the failure to push for salary increment through collective bargaining.
The civil servants who preferred to remain anonymous says the electricity tariff hike has even made things worse.
But civil servants and allied workers general secretary joy bene says union leaders are not corrupt.
Mr Bene says the unions are doing everything possible to see to it that civil servants get an increment at least by 30th June 2017.
