12 Suspects Arrested In Connection With Missing Ndola Taxi Driver

Twelve suspects have been apprehended and taken to Ndola’s Chifubu Police station in connection with a missing taxi driver, whose car has been found in a garage with some parts missing.
The development has angered taxi drivers in Chifubu Township who stormed the police station in their quest to identify suspects.
Peter Chainda of Main Masala Township was last seen on July 19, 2017 when he picked up a passenger from Masala to Maria Chimona.
Chainda is the second taxi operator to be reported missing following Mike Ntonkoshi, who has been missing for three months.
The taxi drivers suspect that their colleagues may have been killed and have called on police to be effective in their operations.
