UPND Accuses President Edgar Lungu Of Not Providing Leadership

The UPND in Central province has accused President Edgar Lungu and his government of not providing leadership for being prejudicial over the spates of fire in the country.
Central province UPND youth chairperson, Milner Mwakampwe has expressed disappointment that government is already accusing certain individuals and chiefs of causing the fires even before investigations.
