Civil Servant Salary Talks in Disarray As Union Pulls Out

Civil Servant and Allied Workers Union has pulled out of negotiations for improved conditions of service.
The labour movement has been pushing for better conditions of service since December 2016.
Union General Secretary Joy Beene says following consultation with the union membership, it is meaningless for two parties to continue negotiating few weeks before the 2018 budget.
