TALC Against Compulsory HIV Testing

Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign has been left wondering with government’s introduction of the compulsory HIV testing and counselling.
TALC Executive Director Felix Mwanza says it is an offence for a medical personnel to coerce a patient to test instead of improving on counseling.
And Mr Mwanza has disclosed that TALC has made submissions which will help ensure that ARVs do not go in short supply.
