The Zambia National Education Coalition-ZANEC-has challenged government to tally budget allocation with the recent pronouncement by cabinet to dismantled the University of Zambia in to University colleges.
Coalition Chairperson, Kabika Kakunta says that the five university colleges will require government commitment by effectively allocating specific budget to each faculty.
Mr. Kakunta has however welcomed the decision saying this will improve service delivery at the high learning institution.
