42,551 Health Human Resource Vacancies Filled – Misiska

Secretary to the cabinet Roland Msiska has disclosed that sixty three thousand and fifty seven vacancies were created for health human resources by the end of 2016.

Dr. Msiska says forty two thousand five hundred and fifteen were filled, representing sixty seven percent of the approved establishment.

He has disclosed that two thousand and seventy one health workers were also recruited in 2016 against the targeted two thousand five hundred.
He was speaking in Lusaka during the official opening of the newly constructed modern lecture theater at Lusaka Apex Medical University, Mutandwa campus.
