Lusaka Cost Of Living Increase

The August 2017 JCTR Basic Needs Basket – for a family of five living in Lusaka has increased from K4,928 to K4,859 kwacha.
The increase in was caused by increased prices of food commodities like Kapenta, Fish and Charcoal.
JCTR notes that the high cost of living continues to be a great challenge for many residents in Lusaka.
This is according to a statement made available to Muvi TV News by JCTR Media and Information Officer, TendaiPosiana.
