15 People Arrested For Unsanitary Behavior

15 people have been arrested in Lusaka for unsanitary behaviour.
Lusaka City Council Public Relations Manager, George Sichimba says the 15 illegally connected sewer lines to drainage systems.
This was unearthed during an operation in Garden Compound.
Public Relations Manager George Sichimba says failure to handle sewer effluent by residents is the major cause of the Cholera outbreak in Lusaka.
