Luapula Province Minister Nickson Chilangwa has called for the need to expose the talent that the province holds in various sporting disciplines.
Mr. Chilangwa has observed that there has been little effort to tap talent because the development of minor sports in the province has been neglected.
He was speaking in a speech read on his behalf by Deputy Permanent Secretary Lloyd Chakaba at the Buyantanshi Sports festival in Chief Chisunka’s area in Mansa.
And Chief Chisunka has appealed to companies investing in Luapula to have sports development in rural communities on their agenda.
