State Closes Its Prosecution In Mukata’s Alleged Murder Case

The state has closed its prosecution in a matter case in which Chilanga Member of Parliament Keith Mukata and his co accused are facing a charge of murder.
This is in a matter in which the duo is accused of shooting a Security guard who was working at Mukata’s lawfirm.

The state closed its prosecution after the defense counsels cross examined the last witness who is the arresting officer.
