Court Restrains Tayali from Defaming HH

The Livingstone High Court has granted UPND President, Hakainde Hichilema an interim injunction restraining Economic and Equity Party Leader Chilufya Tayali from broadcasting or publishing words and images defamatory to Hichilema.
This is in a matter where the UPND leader has dragged Tayali to court for defamation.
Tayali has recently been publishing articles on social media alleging that the UPND leader is a Manson and has therefore vowed to prove his allegations before a judge.
The matter comes up on 4th January 2018.
