GEM-CANTON Emerald Mine Boss Sues Attorney General Over Deportation

A director of Gem-canton Investment Holdings Eliezer Nefussy has sued the Attorney General for his deportation.
Nefussy states that the decision by the ministry of home affairs to send him back to Namibia was not in accordance with the rules of Justice and deportation procedure, because he was not given an opportunity to be heard.
The Share Holder of the Emeralds Mine in Lufwanyama District wants to be heard before a judge.
Nefussy says the decision of the minister of home affairs Stephen Kampyongo to decline to rescind his decision of deporting him despite being told that the action was against the rules of natural justice is illegal and unreasonable.
The plaintiff wants the court to review the ministry’s decision and halt it because it was unreasonable and unjust.
