Health Institutions Canned Over Untrained Personnel

The Health Professions Council of Zambia has cautioned health institutions against employing personnel without practicing licenses.
Council Public Relations Officer, Terry Musonda says it is an offense for any institution to engage the services of unlicensed persons.
Mr. Musonda says health is a matter of life and death and needs professionals in the delivery of safe and effective practice.
He was speaking at the one day Media Orientation Workshop in Ndola, where revelations of some clinics engaging non licensed practitioners were sounded.
