Sesheke Marketeers Want Presidential Fund

A local farmer Brian Hapunda has called on government to invest in irrigation systems in the country.
Mr. Hapunda says the dry spell currently affecting the country has a lot of devastating impact on the agriculture sector.
He says setting up irrigation systems will cushion the impact during erratic rainfall periods.
Mr. Hapunda was speaking to MUVI TV News in Lusaka.
