Baobab College Trustee Jonathan Van Bleak Granted Bail

Baobab College trustee Jonathan van Bleak who is facing charges of forgery and criminal trespass has been granted bail by the Lusaka magistrate Court.
Van Bleak who is jointly charged with a Zambian national, Sydney Kalema will be released on a one hundred thousand kwacha bail to be paid in his own recognizance and two working sureties.
The two allegedly trespassed on the property of Bantu Capital Corporation limited when they took a Chinese national to place beacons on the land with intent to annoy, intimidate and disturb the occupants without lawful authority.
They tried to sell the property that does not belong to them.
The property sold at the price of 1.8 million kwacha was declared to have been sold at the sum of 600 thousand kwacha at ministry of land.
The two is scheduled to take plea on 26th March 2018 before Lusaka magistrate Greenwell Malumani.
