UNZA SMEs Eviction

Small and medium entrepreneurs operating at the University of Zambia-UNZA-have called on President Edgar Lungu to intervene in their pending eviction from premises.

The entrepreneurs who provide secretarial and money transfer services say management at the institution intends to forcefully evict them.

One of the affected Joseph Kasonde says management has since paid more than 80 Thousand Kwacha to a company providing crane services for their container shops to be removed.
