Worker Seriously Injured At Chinese Firm

A 31 year old man working for a Chinese owned Construction Company in Lusaka is battling for his life at the University Teaching Hospital-UTH-after he was seriously injured whilst on duty.
Danny Mwanza of Lusaka’s Chipata overspill has told Muvi TV news that his spinal cord got damaged at Wah Kong enterprises, a construction firm where he was being subjected to work without protective wear.
He says since the incident the company management has allegedly refused to settle medical bills and to compensate him.
