UPPZ Intervenes In Senior Citizen’s Plight

United Prosperous for Peaceful Zambia-UPPZ- has asked government to give a clear position regarding the eviction of an 84 year old senior citizen of Zombe village in Lusaka west.
UPPZ Spokesperson, Francis Kope says it is sad that government has subjected the old woman, Loyce Mumba to sleeping outside since she was evicted about two years ago.
He says his party is closely monitoring the happenings in Zombe village where families were evicted and are now being harassed by government officials.
