<p>Mumba has formed a football organization called Football for All youths.</p>
<p>Mumba who was on Thursday in Kuku Compound developing some young talent says while on suspension he will keep himself busy by nurturing young boys and girls.</p>
<p>Mumba, coordinator of the organization says plans are underway to register it with the national sports council of Zambia.</p>
<p>Asked whether indulging himself in football activities is not an interference into the ban, Mumba says grassroot football is not organized by the Football Association of Zambia.</p>

<p>The three hour discussion  held under closed doors in a local court building at Chitimukulu in Mungwi were attended by several Bemba traditionalists including chiefs chikwanda, luchembe and nkula of mpika and Chinsali in Muchinga province and munkonge of Kasama in northern province.</p>
<p>Briefing the press later, Mr. Mwamba described the meeting as  successful  but could not give further details on the outcome of the discussions.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Former construction workers at the New Lusaka stadium have asked United Party for National Development &#8211; UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema to intervene in their plight of pursuing payments of terminal benefits.</p>
<p>The workers claim that their terminal benefits have never been paid even after pressing government.</p>
<p>The former workers said this when they marched to the UPND secretariat to protest on the non-payment of the benefits.</p>
<p>Government has since contracted Shanghai construction group, to construct the 94 million dollar New Lusaka Stadium.</p>
<p>65 per cent works have been completed at the site.</p>
