This segment covers the entertainment industry by way of interviews with celebrated music artists like slapdee, marky 2, movie producers, TV personalities and all those classified entertainers.

Muvi TV is the first privately owned Zambian Television Station established in 2004. It exists as a reflection of the Zambian people’s hopes, pride and the future of multimedia.

Muvi TV emphasizes on local production, talent, culture and enterprise.

Muvi TV was formed to provide a service that is unique in electronic media. It was established out of a desire to fill the void, and bridge the gap in the Zambian Broadcasting Industry with regard to variety, proficiency, professionalism, quality and freedom.

DSNG

Muvi TV is the only station in Zambia with a Digital Satellite flight kit (DSNG) which enables us to broadcast live from any location in the country.

This outside broadcast equipment transmits live in real-time via satellite and needs no line of sight. It is very effective for product launches, events, conferences, even traditional ceremonies. For example, NGOs that do sensitization in rural areas can take great advantage of this equipment as events can be covered as they unfold. The facility is also highly effective in the broadcast of breaking news, any time, anywhere! It is quick easy to set up, it only takes 20 minutes. This broadcast equipment comes with a total package that also includes 2 hours of television airtime.

REACH AND COVERAGE

Muvi TV is the only broadcasting station that you can find in every corner of Zambia. It provides a platform for you to reach your intended clientele from all walks of life.

Muvi TV runs three terrestrial channels namely; Muvi TV Lusaka, Muvi TV Copperbelt and Muvi TV Livingstone. We broadcast in Zambia and across Africa through our other channel called Africa Unite (AU TV).

VIRTUAL PLACEMENT

This year, Muvi TV offers you a new trend of advertising using virtual product placement. This facility enables you to save on expenditure in terms of production of an advert and it allows 100% visibility because you rest assured that your intended target audience will see your product or service as it is advertised within a particular programme minus waiting for a commercial break. What this means is that the viewer will see your product while the programme is still running.

As a local private media institution, our mandate is to ensure that atleast 60% of our content is locally produced to the standards that are of high broadcast quality which will appeal to the entire world, hence as result of this  we have invested very heavily by ensuring that we are abreast with the most modern equipment as well as enhance the capacity in our creative and technical staff in our quest to meet the required world wide broadcasting standards
