Some unknown people in Ndola have stolen a council date stamp which they are now using in illegal allocations of land. Ndola Town Clerk Charity Mphande has disclosed the development.

She says she is surprised that despite Government’s indefinite ban on land allocation, reports of people claiming to have acquired land from the Local Authority have continued. MS. Mphande says some cases have consequently been reported to the police.
