Zambia is in the process of rebasing the kwacha by knocking off three zeroes from the currency.

With this in sight some people of Lukulu in Washishi area in Western Province bordering with Angola have expressed dissatisfaction with the move to rebase the kwacha.

Area Member of Parliament Misheck Mutelo has urged the bank of Zambia to educate rural people on the rebasing exercise.
