Metropolitan Zambia an insurance company which is a merger between Metropolitan and Momentum has launched a new Insurance package dubbed Metropolitan Life Zambia. The insurance includes Group Life, Permanent total disability, Permanent Health insurance and Health Insurance.

Speaking at the launch in Lusaka Managing Director, Florence Kazhanje said the launch of Metropolitan Life enables the company to expand its product offering to about 33 thousand current clients and prospective ones.

Speaking at the same event, Pension Insurance Authority-PIA deputy registrar Muyoya Chibya bemoaned the low percentage of Zambians accessing insurance services.
