Mongu-Kalabo Road Project on Course

The Mongu-Kalabo road project seems to be on right course to completion for the first time since it commenced 10 years ago.
There have been delays after some contractors unceremoniously abandoned the project after the road was washed away by floods.

The only people that will manage this are the ones that will think of a suspended bridge with supporting pillars at certain points resting on a wide base below the sand. Not what is currently going on. With the current approach I bet you another 20 years without substantial results.
