More Oppose Homosexual Statistics Survey

More church leaders have joined in criticising the planned survey for homosexual statistics in the country.

The latest is from Lusaka based cleric Apostle Christopher Kunda who argues that the issue of homosexuals is an abomination in the sight of God.

Apostle Kunda made reference to Biblical times of Sodom and Gomorrah saying God punished the two cities by setting them ablaze because of such sinful acts like homosexuality.

There has been pressure in recent years from richer nations on emerging economies to legalize homosexuality for continued aid.

A little known organisation will be conducting a survey or headcount on homosexuals in Zambia.
