Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe is next week expected to officially open the 2012 Zambia Agricultural and Commercial Show.Commercial Show societies President Joseph Mwale, announced the development during a media briefing in Lusaka.

The show which was first held in 1926, celebrates its 86th year, under the theme, building on today’s prosperity.

And Show societies vice-president Andy Murray says more exhibitors are adding up to the over one thousand that will be exhibiting at the show. The show provides an important platform to showcase Zambia’s products and also gives an opportunity for foreign businesses to promote their products on the Zambian market.
