An eleven year old girl of Serenje district in Central Province has been left unconscious after allegedly being defiled by a 24 year old man of the area.

The grade 5 school going child was allegedly defiled by Prince Chibale of in Kabamba Village.

The man allegedly defiled the girl in the bush where he left her unconscious.

The girl was found naked with some deep cuts on her private parts.

She is currently receiving medical attention at Serenje district hospital while the man behind the act is held in police custody.
