Zambia’s first lady Dr Christine Kaseba has appealed to Northern Province Permanent Secretary Emmanuel Mwamba to consider soliciting building more special schools for children with special needs.

She said a number of disabled children have been deprived of their right to decent education due to lack of proper training facilities.

She said this when she visited Mapalo day Care,a community based organization in Kasama district.

Children of various ailments including cerebral palsy were found at the centre.
