Mother to Defiled Girl Speaks Out

Mother of a nine year old girl allegedly defiled by her Grandfather has expressed concern over delays by police to take the matter to court.

The woman, whose identity has been withheld, says the condition of her defiled daughter has worsened as she is unable to walk.

She revealed that two other girls defiled by the same man have since developed rashes on their private parts.

Last week police arrested the 50 year old man of Lusaka’s Ngwerere area for allegedly defiling three of his granddaughters.
