Several church members of Miracle Impact Ministries have protested against the abduction of their leader Bishop John General.

They stormed Muvi Television studios to express their grievances over the alleged abduction of their Bishop.

The church members led by Pastor William Mbewe accused some immigration Department officers of being behind the alleged abduction.

The placard carrying church members wondered why the immigration department has continued harassing Bishop John General when he was cleared by the courts of law.

When contacted, Immigration Department Public Relations Officer, Justine Siame confirmed that Bishop General was deported to his country of origin on Monday, citing security reasons.
