The fight against Gender based violence-GBV-is set to receive a massive boost as over five hundred men will tomorrow march with a call to end the vice.

As part of the sixteen days of activism, Oxfam in partnership with Young women Christian Association, women’s lobby and the Zambia police have dubbed the procession, ‘I care about her campaign’.

It is anticipated the Five Hundred men march will send messages to other men in the country that the fight is not just for women.

Cases of gender based violence in all its forms, rape, defilement and beating against women and girls have been skyrocketing in the country.
