A Senior Chief of the Lamba people in Ndola is angry with the man who impregnated a fourteen year old girl who early this year gave birth to triplets.

Senior Chief Chiwala says when the father of the juvenile, who is a headman in the area informed him about the triplets, he sent his congratulations because he thought it was an adult who had delivered the triplets.

But after media reports, Chief Chiwala was shocked to learn that the girl was underage.
