Zambia Direct Democracy Movement-ZDDM-president, Edwin Sakala says the party once ushered into power would reintroduce the system of governors in each province.

Speaking in Lusaka after launching his party manifesto that hinges on a federal system of governance, Mr. Sakala noted that this system would facilitate development in the country.
