Mandevu Constituency MP Jean Kapata has advised parents and children to make submissions of what they wish to be included on the rights of children in the draft constitution.

Jean Kapata who is also community development deputy minister says parents need to make their submission before the forty days that was given for submissions come to an end.
She was speaking at a sensitization event on the draft constitution in Ngombe compound.
