Reports that Inteligence Ofiicer Allergedly Mistreated Epileptic son Sadden IBE

The International Bureau for epilepsy (IBE) is saddened with reports that an intelligence officer, allegedly mistreated his nineteen year old epileptic son who is on anti-retroviral therapy.
IBE Vice President for Africa Region Anthony Zimba says the organization is still consulting before taking further action on the matter.
Mr. Zimba who is also chairman of the Epilepsy Association of Zambia, also hinted that the organization would take legal action on behalf of the boy should there be no action from the authorities.

he intelligence officer from the Zambia Intelligence Security Services, a Mr. Muntanga, allegedly tied his son, Moonga with electric wires on both legs and hands.
Moonga was reportedly left hanging upside down for three days without food, water or attending to the call of nature.
Due to this alleged ill-treatment, he defaulted on his anti-retroviral treatment which he has been taking over the past four years.
